Container does not start
Check Docker status first, then run container logs and verify that ports are not already used by another service.
Page is reachable but content does not update
Verify write permissions for media/data files and clear browser cache. Confirm the admin update action completed successfully.
Login fails for admin account
Confirm credentials, then reset the password through your backend workflow. Change default credentials immediately after first login.
Images are missing on display screens
Recheck file paths, upload status, and MIME support. Use consistent file names and avoid unsupported image formats.
Slow playback or unstable rendering
Reduce oversized media files, check device memory usage, and limit background processes on playback devices.
